Campsite Administrator

Youth For Christ Romania is an interdenominational ministry that wants to reach young people across Romania with the Gospel, together with the local church and other partners, and to disciple them to follow Jesus in all ways. It is composed of 30 staff working in 9 diff erent locations. Poarta Oilor is its main center, receiving 1000 kids during the Summer camps season, and staff retreats and church conferences during the year.

Location / Country:
Garbova - Poarta Oilor, Romania

Start and duration of assignment: January 2026 for 5 years.

Function:
The campsite administrator of Poarta Oilor will carry the responsibility of leading and developing the center.

Description of assignement:
Responsible that the center functions in a healthy way (legally, fi nancially, teamwork …) and develops it by growing the team carrying the work, developing new activities during the year, and advancing construction projects.

Requirements:

- The candidate needs to be a mature christian
- Ministry Experience is required
- Teamwork experience is required
- Leadership experience is required
- Intercultural experience would help
- Campsite Experience would help
- The candidate need to speak English and need to be willing to learn Romanian
- Minimum age: 30

Additional information:
We already have on site a cook, a housekeeper, a maintenance manager, 1 couple helping on diff erent levels, and some volunteers around. We are trying to hire a staff manager and an office manager who will directly help the camp administrator. YFC Romania has also a structure helping Poarta Oilor for its success.
